Returns

Please note that @home does not cater to returns in any and all circumstances.

Exchange

We work hard to ensure your items arrive in perfect condition, but we understand that isn’t always the case. If an item has reached you damaged or faulty, you can exchange it for a different product by informing us within 12 hours of delivery.

• Unused, unwashed products with original tags and invoices eligible for exchange within 7 Days of purchase for an exchange with a similar item only.
• Delivery charges will be deducted at the time of exchange on orders that may already include delivery charges.
• Goods will be exchanged with a logical mention of reason for exchanging the items.
• Customer will need to return the merchandise via traceable delivery i.e. courier or registered post on his own expense to our @home address.
• Delivery Charges will not be refunded.
• Exchange requests will be processed within 15 working days after receiving the returned products.
• All items to be exchanged should be sent to @home store, Service Road, E11/4, Islamabad, 44000.
• Any item that is found to be damaged at customer’s end will not be exchanged.

• Items physically bought in the outlet cannot be exchanged.
• Items bought in discounts or sales cannot be exchanged.
• Personalized and/or customized items cannot be exchanged.
